Bright and
intense pale yellow in color. The nose expresses ripe white and tropical
fruits, backed by citrus and mineral hints. Same atmosphere in the mouth,
voluptuous and fresh at the same time offering a long after taste, taking
back all the aromatic personality.

characteristic of the Limari Valley

bottles)
Yield: 9 ton/hectare
Age of the Vines: 14-15 years
Soil Type: 50% deep clay and 50% fine

Vinification: The grapes have been
harvested between the second week of March and the second of April. After
the grapes were destemmed and pressed in a pneumatic press, the juice was
macerated with the skins for an average of 4 hours. Extracted at low
pressure, the juice is statically decanted in stainless steel tanks until a
limpidity of between 150 and 250 NTU is obtained. The juice is then
transferred to a fermentation tank where selected yeasts are added to bring
out the natural aromas of the grape. Alcoholic fermentation took place at 15
– 16 degrees C (59 – 61 degrees F) and allowed to remain in the tanks with
carbonic gas and daily less stirring for an additional ten days. The
finished wine was stabilized for proteins and tartaric acid, filtered, and
bottled.
Tasting Note: Here the variety finds a
faithful reflection of its typicity, beginning with its intense and
brilliant golden straw color. The nose offers a blend of white fruits and
citrus, such as apples, pears, mandarin orange, along with a refreshing
touch of lemon. Subtle notes of butter, hazelnut, and floral honey flesh out
its solid identity. It is impressive on the palate, both round and lush to
just the right degree, while its natural acidity and mineral accents
conserve its crucial freshness. Citrus notes return on the finish and
deliver good tonicity with a touch of dried fruits and honey enhanced by
crisp mineral notes. Best Enjoyed: Best consumed within two
years
